I think it is normal to eventually plateau at some point. Keep up the good work and don't give up. Your body may be reacting to the lower calories you switched to, and entered a form of starvation mode where it is now storing all calories you take in cause it fears starving. I would just increase your cals, continue eating…

Muscle does not weigh more than fat, but if you lose 1lb of fat and gain 1lb of muscle from lifting the scale will show you lost 0lbs. It's that simple. I would measure your waist or trouble areas to see if you are going down in inches, not weight.
