I just completed day 4. So far everything is going well. I am pretty sore after exercises but a little Motrin and I am ok. Hoping I am not as sore next week.

Ok - I can't stand Yoga X is there something better out there? I am sooo bored with it and don't feel like I burned anything. I was thinking for doing Cardio X or Kenpo X again instead of the Yoga. Will this mess me up at all?

So I finished my first week. I don't know about anyone else, but P90X is kicking my butt. WOW! In 1 week I can feel my muscles getting firmer. This is awesome. I also found my ideal time to work out (4:30AM before everyone is up). I am sure to get it in then. So excited!!!!

Ok - Yesterday I completed Cardio X. Today is Shoulder & Arms, Ab Ripper X. I am ready to do this. Can't want to get home from work.

OK....So Day 2 did not happen for me. I had such a bad day that I came home sat on the couch and ate a cupcake. I know not a good choice at all! Tonight I will do Cardo X and get back on board.

Welcome Sara! This has really helped me out. Nothing like documenting everything that goes into my mounth. Sure does help me understand where and when I am making bad choices.
