i usually have a protein shake for breakfast, bc i workout in the morning--but i also eat Vitatops in the morning when i dont workout. i spead some peanut butter on it or some sugar free jelly Polaner which also has some fiber in it. also maybe you should add some more egg, i.e., have 2 eggs 1 egg white.

i havent really ran outside yet, but people next to me on the tradmill who have too much cologne/perfume on; people who are on the phone; people who stare at me while i am running; and people who try to out run me--lol. i guess alot BUGS me!

i was weighing myself every day but i drove myself crazy so now once a week

i never really told anybody i wanted to lose weight i just did it. once i lost the weight everyone realized and was asking what i was doing and blah blah. i kind of dont like talking about it bc it kind of embarasses me in a way idk why that may sound stupid.

i pay 79 a month. i think its worth it because they have great hours and have everything to offer from a pool to babysitting, etc.

I drink a whey protein shake about 30 minutes after my workout. it helps me heal and keeps me full. i am not trying to gain weight, but i am trying to increase my protein intake since i do not eat a lot of meat. i do eat nuts, eggs, etc, however, my protein intake was always low, now i have a whey protein shake that is low…

i have heard that it is better to workout in the morning on an empty stomach. i used to have a tabelspoon of natural peanut butter, but now i just have a strong black coffee before my workout and i feel better without anything in my stomach so early in the morning.

french fries, greasy fried foods, i try to stay away from the carbs even though i eat a little bit every day. i try to eat a lot of protein and i try to only eat food that will make me full, and/or give me fuel and energy.
