thanks all. i just use water. i use vanilla whey protein, oatmeal and water-that's it. maybe i will try putting the oatmeal into my protein shake that sounds like a good idea.

I am happy carl finally grew up, he was starting to annoy me last season with all his crying and running away. I am creeped out about the whole baby situation. Im upset that Rick is being an *kitten* towards Laury-even though she kind of dererves it but she is preggers. the ending was great!

exercise does relieve cramping and my mental symptoms as well ;)

i make sure i workout extra hard when i have mine bc it makes me feel better mentally and physically and i it definately relieves my cramps!

i drink some whey protein for breakfast, i also chew on almonds through out the day, i love hummus-that has a good amount of protein, also kashi makes some good all natural healthy snack bars that have a good amount of protein in them, peanut butter is awesome! i love having healthy PB&J sandwiches! keeps me full for hours!

go to a dermatologist! i always had acne but was controlled with the help from my derm, however, i feel as though my working out is causing me to break out again! i need to go back too!

i drink soo much coffee! i used to drink it with cream and regular sugar, imagine? omg! then i started with fat free milk and splenda then truvia and eventually black. i love black coffee, coffee with anything in it grosses me out now. i weaned myself off of the additives slowly, it can be done! and i love my coffee!

Hi i am 5'3 and 127, my GW is 125 i made it to 124, but gained weight with my vacations so i am in the process of working off those 3 pounds! however, i made it to my goal weight by working out and watching what i ate obviously. i went to a local running store and they watched me run on the treadmill and picked out the perfect sneakers for me! expensive but worth it!

i think the reason for the 3 days is to give your body a rest. i know when i started the program i had really ban shin splints, but eventually they went away. if you feel like you can up ur speed, or skip a step then go ahead and do it. just listen to your body.
