Acne question!

Does anyone else have tiny cogged pores/acne?
It seems to increase after I work out.

I wash my face with water before and after, use a light tea tea oil and the occasional SEABREEZE to attempt to dry some of it out.

Anyone have any recommendations? Tryna' be a hot babe over here! ;D

I'm no expert on acne, but I've had my fair share of it and still do, sadly...

When you are exercising, your hormones can be affected. Acne is caused by an imbalance of hormones, don't quite me on this, but isn't testosterone released during exercise or something? Again, I'm no expert, but it could be that.

I'm trying Neutrogen All-in-1 Acne Control and I've also heard good things about witch hazel.

The same thing happens to me, but it clears up when I use Murad Clarifying Cleanser!! Its specialized for acne and even though I dont have acne I do break out from sweating a lot during my workouts. Its expensive but you can get the Acne Complex® 30-Day Kit from sephora
    that includes
    - 0.33 oz Oil-Control Mattifier SPF 15-PA++
    - 0.25 oz Acne Spot Treatment
    - 1 oz Exfoliating Acne Treatment Gel
    - 1 oz Clarifying Mask
    - 1 oz Skin Perfecting Lotion
    - 2 oz Clarifying Cleanser
the kit is only $35 which is a pretty good deal to see if if works for you. I used to live with an estetician and told her i thought I needed proactive and she said try this stuff and it worked like a charm. good luck!

    Try this combination :

    1. Wash the face with Cetaphil Cleansing Lotion each time you return home
    2. Use Cetaphil Moisturizer post-wash
    3. Use CLindac Gel or Benzoyl 5% cream before bed (test tolerance first)

    This is bound to work

Use a scrub (sugar preferred) once a week on the affected areas

This is bound to work If it doesn't, after 10 days, consult a dermatologist. Let me know if this works.
