My only lies and sabatoge is that "I Wanted It!" and it's only one meal. Uh, Huh...sure it is....

I'm from Oklahoma and Y'all should all be my friends! Welcome to MFP!

I wish you success! I'm 5'4 1/2" and currently weigh 131. I lost 20 pounds several years ago and went from a size 12 to a 6. I would like to lose a few more but with my lifestyle and diet I seem to want to naturally hover around 130. It's time for me to put in more effort. The profile pic was taken in May at around 128lb.

The day my co-worker (a guy who never counted a calorie in his life) joined MFP he ate a Sonic Hamburger. When he logged it and saw 700 calories he about flipped! He really eats healthy most of the time and doesn't eat out often. This one was a huge eye opener. By the Way...I LOVE Atlanta Bread bagels with Cream Cheese and…

Thouroughly Impressed! Glad to hear how you did it and that diet played a big role. Time for me to get more motivated! You look "SMOKIN' HOT!"

They say it's the little things! Hey...you're getting littler.

I used to tan regularly in the beds. We have a boat and spend time outside in a bathing suit and I didn't want to be pale. Now I have been using the spray and it is so much better. I wish I could accept the pale red head in me.

Once I lost the 20 pounds(5'4" now weigh 132) and went from size 12/14 to 6/8 I didn't feel large any longer. In clothes when I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I feel pretty good. I still don't like the look naked as there are areas that could look better. My biggest issue s that we have a boat and spend a lot of…

I LOVE some of these descriptions. You ladies are seriously cracking me up! I lost 20 pounds and went from a 38DD to a 36DD (last time the bra technician (love that title I just made up) checked she said I was actually a 36DDD. They did seem to deflate only a little bit. But seriously...have you ever heard a man complain…

Welcome and I will send a friend request. I knew people on Steroids for medical issues and they said it was like sitting in front of the fridge with a fork.

You look awesome and YES...15 pounds makes a big difference. Feels great doesn't it?!
-
Yeah...raises eyebrow also. LOL

You've come a long way! You've worked hard andhave been dedicated. Good Job and Way To Go!

I can't seem to kick the Full-On, Hard-Core, Regular PEPSI. I love it with Crown Royal or Southern Comfort also on occasion. There...I said it. I'm owning it...and I'm logging it. And...I'm going over my calories many days per week because of it. DAMN YOU PEPSI!
-
WOW! You look so much happier. Great drive and determination.
-
Thanks--Now I get it! Non Scale Victory. It feels great doesn't it?!

What dows NSV stand for?
-
"Don't do it girl!" There are too many bad side effects. Just go for an extra walk/run/sex or whatever floats your boat.
-
I like your style! You should run around the block waving a banner that you kicked that 100lb's butt and to bring on the next! Truly inspiring to others.

Yep, friends are good. When I see their posts that they were within their calorie goal and I wasn't it kicks me in the behind.
