  • i used to forget to eat for days, so uh, thanks for that. i see a lot of great suggestions in here for upping your calories- instead of commiserating on how much you hate threads that ask for these suggestions, why not just continue posting them there? everyone needs support, no matter if they're going over or under their…
  • red potatoes are my favorite :D i quarter them, add some oil, salt, and pepper, and roast them- it looks like you already have a recipe posted here, but eventually you can just throw em in a pan at 400 and they'll turn out perfect <3
  • had a huge fight with a friend last night, almost immediately turned to food, and then threw it up :( but i'm back on track today! i really wish i had some magic way to divorce food from my other issues, but i don't, so i just try and accept that its going to be a long process, and work on separating the two while knowing…
  • i love your sig <3 i've been eating wraps every day since i bought low-carb tortillas, and i finally got the art of making an omelette down (after only 10 years!), so those are my 2 main meals right now :)
  • muse- feeling good; bright eyes- mushaboom and the biggest lie, and that's all i can think of at the moment
  • meat, eggs, cheese, veggies- pretty much all of those are fairly low-carb :) i eat hard-boiled eggs, string cheese, and celery for snacks, and omelettes, cottage cheese, and meat for meals
  • it used to be a struggle for me to get under like 3000 calories, then it became a struggle to get over 800. people who say "WHY CAN'T YOU EAT MORE" are just the same people who say "WHY CAN'T YOU EAT LESS", except coming from the opposite side. people have a hard time with eating well in general, and support is generally…
  • i want to eat low-carb snack wraps till the day i die they're AMAZING. i was eating a bunch of eggs for a week or so, then i got tired of them :(
  • for money, i think 20 would go in my pocket, 40 and over would go to the nearest store in case someone came to pick it up. anything in a wallet would result in me trying to find the owner- i've lost my wallet twice, and it was returned both times, and i am extremely thankful for that. checkbook would DEFINITELY try to be…
  • 250- going to see 2 of my best friends across the country. i told my friend this last night and she freaked out and started planning (i plan on hitting this goal in over a year), so now my incentive is that i'll make her really sad if i stop dieting :(
  • this has been coming and going for me for a couple of years, it's stress-related in my case ;x
  • i usually use an unwound song (look a ghost, upon googling it looks like there are a few other people with my same lame idea) for my screenname, but it was taken so i chose a different song by them :P
  • so many to choose from :( i've been listening to a lot of man man and elliott smith lately, but uh, i think bright eyes is gonna stay my number 1 for a while even if i don't listen to them as much D:
  • i've been to see like, 2 bands (mellowdrone and the paper chase), but the paper chase was AMAZING holy crap :D
  • the only recipe-stuff i eat are omelettes, and low-carb wraps :D :D :D *subscribing to browse thru recipes*
  • celery doesn't EAT fat, it's just so low-calorie (about 2 calories for a snack-sized stick) that the calories burned eating it are pretty close to the calories taken in. there are a LOT of low-calorie vegetables, so if you're looking for a very low-calorie snack rather than some magical fat-burning tool, i'd suggest you…
  • it's... it's not my favorite >_< i can definitely see how someone could say it ages you, because that bottom bright big-patterned part makes it looks like something that someone a little older might wear. BUT, if you like it, some random internet girl's opinion, or your friend's for that matter, shouldn't be a deciding…
  • if you're worried about being full, get some edamame (soybeans) and fill up on those :D i always get inarizushi (sweet tofu) and tamago (sweet omelette) sushi because i don't like fish, but they're not the healthiest :P
  • i will clone my cat and you can have the clone, she's really good at staying away from food once you glare at her a little. and i will steal your cat :D ALL CATS TO ME
  • first of all, try to make a schedule for your meds and stick to it- i'm really bad at remembering to take pills, and used to take my meds for a week and then forget and go off them for a few days, and it did some HORRIBLE **** to me. secondly, try and think of it in terms of getting healthy rather than just losing…
  • hahaha, i love your username :D
  • if asked, i would say that i don't think most of the people on here need to lose weight, but i know it can be demotivating so i keep it to myself :P
  • my sleep cycle changes so much day-to-day, if i had a cut of time of say 10 pm there would be weeks where i wouldn't be able to eat anything because i woke up at 11pm. i count my day starting from when i wake up, and try to eat meals every 4-5 hours, and not eat directly before sleeping.
  • yup :/ i've gained about 50 pounds a year since i turned 18. trying hard to control it, been having horrible cravings lately tho D: btw, i'm not surprised that your anorexia turned into binge eating- whenever i've tried to stop, my immediate response is to obsessively count calories and not eat enough :( i think they're…
  • i wouldn't do it myself, because i kind of feel like i'm rewarding myself for hard work with food, which is what i want to get away from. however, do what you feel is right!
  • cats, that dog is hideous :P
  • awesome! it sounds like you're off to a great start :D
  • 5'2", fit in 22 at about 270 maybe? i was 20 at like 250, and 26 at 300, so i figure it's somewhere in there :P
  • the only food i can remember salting after cooking is my dad's mashed potatoes (he doesn't put salt in them for some reason idfk), otherwise, everything is salted while cooking :) OH and when i was eating a whole lot of spinach salads, i used to go crazy with the garlic salt :D
  • could you maybe brew some tea at home and bring it in instead of buying bottled tea? even better, invest in an iced tea maker- it takes about 5 minutes and comes out perfectly, i swear by mine. then you could add a bit of sugar, honey, or your favorite artificial sweetener (stevia is the only one that tastes decent to me),…
