  • the last time i dieted, i lost 15 pounds in the first 2 days, it scared the crap out of me ;_; i'm thinking it was all water weight, and i'd amassed quite a bit from being so heavy and eating so much crap :P

  • um, pretty much everything D: my main food groups before i started were fast food and sweets, both of which i'm no longer eating. luckily, i have lots of almonds, eggs, and cottage cheese to keep my stomach company <3

  • i'm sorry- i have a few weight-gaining medical conditions so that's the first thing that jumped to my mind. obviously there are lots of other factors tho :)
  • talk to your doctor! it sounds like something else is affecting your weight loss.
  • pretty much the same advice as bears :) i was a huge binger- didn't eat all day, then ate 4000 calories at night. just, forget the previous day, and work on eating healthy for a new day. if it doesn't work, oh well, you have plenty of days to try :D eventually you'll get the hang of it :)
