Mine was only 1 lb off from the doctor scales and has only been moving a tiny bit at a time...I hope it is accurate! I don't think I can help you as I don't have a gym membership, but I am interested in what responses you receive. I mostly bike ride on a trail near our home plus use cardio DVD's. Good luck!

Oh and one more thing...when I was prescribed the Buspar...I didn't end up taking it, but it is supposed to work sooner than most of the others that take awhile to get into your system...good luck!

I just started weighing on the Wii board...it had me up 2lbs and then I moved it on the floor where I weighed Friday and it was back to normal...not the same I know but maybe floor placement makes a difference! :)

We raise our own beef and it is all natural...I was checking the differences with ground turkey to ground beef and really didn't see the difference as long as the ground beef is extra lean anyway, which ours is.

I have lost over 20 lbs in since Aug. 25th...today is day 60 here for me on MFP...feel free to add me! Get lot's of supportive friends and open your diary (mine is to friends) log everything that passes your lips and weighing it on a scales is better than counting...say 12 crackers or 28 grams! When this happened to me I lowered my goal from 2lbs a week to 1.5lbs a week, I went from 30-45 minutes of exercise everyday and YES I eat my exercise calories for the most part! Welcome! Take your measurements...you will see results there first. As far as food goes...count your calories and watch your sodium...I have lost 6lbs from water retention; there one day and gone the next! Add me if you like, I love supportive and motivated friends! I don't know what anyone else will say but that is what I would do! Of course when you get a heart rate monitor you will know for sure! :)
