Hi there, thanks for responding - I try to eat 1200 calories a day, some days I might eat a little more but most days I have to work hard to get to 1200. I will have a look at P90X, thanks.

I like Just Dance on Wii, because I find exercise really boring but dancing to tunes I like is fun. And I find if you put enough effort into it you work up a proper sweat and your heart rate increases - how can an hour of that not be good for you? I find JD2 much more exertion than JD1....
