Idk exact calories on this but it's a weight watcher recipe and only 1 point. 1 full chocolate graham cracker broke in half, put 1 tblsp fat free cool whip on it and put top half of graham cracker on top. Freeze. Taste just like an ice cream sandwich, maybe even better!!

Congrats!! I am thinking about starting a lifting program. Right now I am walking on the treadmill 3x a week and zumba 3x a week. I'm thinking of replacing the treadmill days with weightlifting. What kind of program do you go by and how long have you been doing it to see the results you have gotten??

Maybe that's what I have been doing wrong. I have been just staying with my 1560 calories a day NOT eating back exercise calories. Maybe I will try that and see if that helps.
