I'm on my 2nd Copper T IUD (they can stay in for up to 10 yrs) and I've never had any problems with weight in addition they are hormone free.

Day 4 of Insanity The Asylum and I really love this workout. The movements are very defined which to me is more challenging.

I wear one... my HRM has three levels and I set it to level 1 for strength training... level 2 for moderate cardio and level 3 for high endurance like Insanity. You are still burning calories while weight lifting.

I'm indulging in food and sweets this weekend since I'll be 40 on Sunday. I'll still workout tomorrow... but not Sunday. And I'll still log my food..so when you see lots of sweets "don't get on my case" I'm celebrating and I give all of my MFP and FB friends permission to celebrate with me.

Good job at sticking to workingout... you are setting a positive example to your son. Regarding the HRM check the battries in the watch and the strap. This may cause the low number. I had the same problem an changing batteries worked.

I'm on day 43 of Insanity... today is Max Cardio Conditioning. Yesterday I attempted to do Yoga but my triceps quickly reminded me of all of the push-ups I did on Saturday (Max Interval Plyo) and wouldn't support my weight during downward facing dog. :smile:

Home in my family room... no crowds, no travel time and I open the blinds to the ceiling to floor windows and have the view of the pond and woods/wetlands next to my home. Good thing all that water is downhill from from me. I even see deer eating if I workout close enough to when they come down.
