Ditto... do what works for you. I choose not to eat beef but I love me some turkey & chicken. Tried goose for the first time... didn't like it, its too greasy and I'm not a fan of dark meat.

October 2010 I was boarderline diabetic... I said OH NO that's it time to change. Now my numbers are awesome, no more heart medicine (rapid heart beat) and no more blood pressure medicine. I think God for the will power to change and I'm lovin it. :smile:

I donate my cloths I take them to the women/children shelter. My bras and panties well I toss those in the trash. I'm finding that some of my shoes (width wise) don't fit so I have to donate those as well.

I think its either water or your diet... compare your food from when you were doing TF to now... I myself finished P90X and now doing a hybrid workout of P90X and Insanity and find that I like the cardio better.

I wear my heart rate monitor whenever I'm working out... even when lifting weights. That's the best way captured calories burned.

Ditto.... I put my "too big for me now" cloths on the floor under my standing mirror... symbolic. Mirror reminds me of where I am and the cloths remind me of how far I come.
