I'm noticing my tummy getting flatter the more I include strength training.... Cathe Frederich STS training is intense. I also make sure I contract my abs during my cardio.

I agree.... I didn't start seeing a difference until the past two weeks. I just hit -21lbs and I can now see it at my waist. Everybody's body is different. I don't like empty hangers between the cloths in the closet. Once I remove an article of clothing off the hanger I take the hanger out and move it to the very front of the closet. So at the front are empty hangers, then I put them in the basket when its time to wash cloths. My husband has learned to just go with the flow.

I wear a heart rate watch and check my heart rate at least 3x while working out... after warm-up; at the mid-way point then at the end. I then get the average and plug the info in www.shapesense.com. I get the actual calories burned and plug that in on my diary. You can change the calories burned on the workouts....

Get a mini-trampoline..... easy on the joints and neighbors below. Although I'm in a house I enjoy using it while watching TV. I also use the Kettlebell and that gets the heart up.

Try not to be so hard on yourself; 32lbs is a lot. Good job. Nope.... I stay witin my normal set limits. I worked out today and earned xtra 363 calories.... I don't give my body a chance to get hungry; I eat every few hour. My next meal will be my snack which will be Wheat thins and hummus with low fat swiss cheese. I think eating every few hours curve the hunger. I also try to eat…

When I workout in the morning I just make sure I have a banana before working out. I do feel better all day when I workout first thing in the morning. It really is up to what your body can handle.

Prune Juice or Plum Smart Juice... I myself eat grilled egg plant every morning which helps with digestion. I slice the egg plant (width end) and then seasoned and put in oven to cook. I have it with my breakfast everyday; I've found that this really helps with any potential constipation.

I haven't used either one but I workout at home and daily mix it up. I use Cathy Frederich for cardio and weights then Rodney Ye for yoga. I've found that mixing it up daily along with MFP tracking my food has allowed me to loose weight and tone at the same time. I've even droped 4lbs in a two weeks..which is a safe drop…
