HRM guy myself... I just did 55 minutes of balls to the wall insanity max plyo intervals and burned just over 800 calories with an average HR of 92% of max....

When I am in the "zone" I can resist anything... When I am "off the wagon" I will pretty much eat anything that is TERRIBLE for you to excess. That being said, I would say my cant resist is frosting from the can. The can being provided by that *kitten* Betty Friggen Crocker.

My daily budget is 1450 (Based on MY BMR.....) I burn between 400-1000 calories during 60 minutes of exercise... I eat back all but 200-400 of those calories and I lose on average 3-5 pounds a week. That's awesome firegirl.... We are volunteer 1800-0600 and paid 0600-1800. The fire service is a good time, so is EMS... Most people suck, but when we do get to help the decent ones or the ones who are in real need it is good.

At the station right now... I work 12's and 24's on the weekends. I do P90X or Insantity in the town hall because the other fat, lazy FF's and EMT's just sit there and laugh at me the whole time while I keep dropping pounds, and will need to give them an IV, 12 Lead and Nitro any minute now :)

Two cups of manhatten clam chowder sans bacon, and made with veggie stock instead of chicken stock. (200 Calories) low fat cottage cheese cup w/sliced cherry tomotoe and pepper (90 Calories) oikos yogurt with grapes (180 Calories) And... a banana!!
