Ok, so everyone likes to dump on the food pyramid... saying too many carbs... But... Graphs and Food Database....
The other thread on graphs had me looking at nutritional information.... I was looking at all of my data when I noticed that I seemed high on dietary fat. New User from Maine
Hi there... I started P90X this week, but I also wanted a way to track my calories in and out, so I downloaded MFP and I was pleasently surprised to see how well the P90X diet plan matched up with my goal of losing 2 pounds a week to get from 250 - 180.... Anyone else combined the two?
