Question about Activity Level....

Hi there, I put my self down as "Sedentary" because I have a 35 minute commute each way to work and I have a desk job. BUT... I also run fire/rescue in the evenening, work in my work shop and have super busy weekends.... Does this make me Sedentary or Lightly active?

    Go with lightly active and see how it works. Mine is lightly active in spite of my desk job due to how active I am in the evenings and on weekends. It works for me.

    Thanks Rachel... I notice it changed my calorie allowance... I was not sure what to do with that whole setup... I will make adjustments as I go.
