The other thread on graphs had me looking at nutritional information....

I was looking at all of my data when I noticed that I seemed high on dietary fat.

I did a google search and came up with what I should be having for a daily intake and compared it to what MFD said I should have and I noticed that on some weekedays I was WAY over.

I looked at those days, and I had bad information from the food list. I have an EAS Myoplex Carb Control bar between my day job and my teaching job. The one I had in me database said EAS Carb Control Bar so I selected it... turns out this one has 70g of FAT!!! The actual fat grams are much lower, and I come in UNDER my daily fat allowance each day!

Which is good, because I would like to get of my cholesterol meds if possible.
