Hi there... I started P90X this week, but I also wanted a way to track my calories in and out, so I downloaded MFP and I was pleasently surprised to see how well the P90X diet plan matched up with my goal of losing 2 pounds a week to get from 250 - 180....

Anyone else combined the two?
