Is a protein shake okay to drink right before a workout without leaving any space inbetween? Also is it okay for purely weight loss or is better for muscle building? I always had it in my head that protein shakes make you bulky and interfere with fat loss

Yes, this is a great way to think and exactley what I have been thinking. Thanks, my goal does sound kind of agressive reading it back. I'm saying a stone because thats what i'm guessing it will take to get my mid section looking more lean and flat. As i'm short it's really noticable and a problem area so as long as it starts looking better within a month then I will have achieved my goal!
