Yes it gets better. I couldn't run much either when I started and now I run and race on a regular basis. Just keep working on your endurance and research proper form. You would be surprised how much better it get with even the smallest form changes.

If you are really hunger eat them back. If you are not then don't.

my daughter is trying to fix her phone and I am vegging on the couch after a very weird work day and a good work out! :)

it is a personal choice. I almost always eat them back.. I only get 1400 kcals a day and that is not enough food to keep me satisfied so I use my exercise calories to make up for it. I tell people joking that I exercise so I can eat... but it is kinda true.

LOVING THESE!!! just had one!

Make a list of reason you want to lose and hang it on your mirror.. fridge... where ever works for you best. google a celeb or just anyone who looks like what you are going for and hang it. change up your routine, not being challanged with your exercise routine will cause it to be very unmotivated. Log on to MFP and ask…

I run... and I work my legs at least 2x a week.... makes me a better runner!

Most work days I have Fiber Plus cereal with skim at home and then have a fiber one bar when I get to work. Every once in a while I will do a whole wheat waffle with peanut butter.... weekends are a free for all!

a rowing club just opened up in my office complex. Think spinning class but with really fancy rowing machines.

I am finishing up a 90 calorie fiber one brownie as I type this. They are really good and not a bad little treat that is pre-packaged. for the most part I try to replace my sweet treats with fruit and my salty cravings with nuts or hummus and pita.

Slow pitch church team. Lots of fun but I am not very good.

I love to run and do it every day. Sometimes more than once a day. I say if you want to run then run... your body will tell you when you need to take a break.

I almost always eat my exercise calories back. I need them because I am not satisfied on a 1200 - 1400 kcal diet.

I have done The Firm work outs in the past and have had a lot of success with those. I have also had success using the total gym. However, running is my favorite. As far as Exercise vs. Diet sorry I can't just pick one it really is both. If I didn't have exercise I would never make my calorie goals on a regular basis.

just like most everyone has said it doesn't have to be breakfast food. Also, instead of 3 meals a day think about trying 5-6 smaller meals through out the day, it is a better way to fuel your body and keep your metabolism burning.

I eat them back if I am hungry and if I am not I don't.

Dont stop, you want to maintain your lean muscle. The more muscle we have the more calories we burn while at rest and that will equal weight loss! You gotta love burning calories while sitting on the couch checking out MFP! :) As far as a weight loss goal goes shoot for 1-2 pounds a week, so around 8 in a month.

I ran a cross country relay and was very disappointed to find that I was not allowed to listen to music while I ran. It was for safety reason since I was running on open road. Check with race officials to see if you could keep one ear bud in and one ear bud free so that you would still be able to hear your surroundings. If…

The first gym I went to in my town kept it so hot in the winter that the windows for the whole building were always completely fogged up.

When people don't wipe their sweat off the machines at the gym and leave their crotch sweat and spit drops for the next person to sit in.

People who say pacific instead of specific and specifically the girl at work who says smoking sensation instead of smoking cessation.

I am the same way . I eat a lot more on the weekends. I will be lying to myself though if I say it is because I am hungry. I think it is because I have more time on my hands and I need something to occupy myself and I turn to food.

Sent you a recipe in a message. hope you like! :)

my go to is.. an Eggo nutrigrain whole wheat waffle with crunchy peanut butter and a little honey.

My first thought would be.. are you eating enough. I know weight loss is all about more calories out than in but you need to consider your BMR. You need a certain amount of calories a day to allow your body simply to function if you drop too far below that you will not lose because your body will hold on to what it thinks…

spinning or cycling!
