Geek here. Work in IT and use to work in film industry. Have played World of Warcraft from launch 10 years ago. Have been reading comic books for 35 years, Know way too much about Buffy, Lost, X-Files, Fringe, Star Wars, Star Trek, Game of Thrones / LoTR (books and TV show), and so on and so on.

Buy some lo-carb tortillas, some veggies, a little cheese. Scramble the egg whites. Mix in some sauted veggies. Make 10 small breakfast burritos. Add a little cheese. Freeze what you don't egg. Only takes a couple of minutes in microwave for healthy quick breakfast.

20 bucks a month without a contract is fine if you will only use occasionally... otherwise like cheeksv suggested, get a good exercise DVD (you can get a lot of good ones for 10 bucks and under) or try the c25k (couch to 5 K) regime and save cash...

Two Days in for October 30ds... How is everyone doing? I hate those bycycle ab exercises the most.

Alot of people here have had alot of success with exercise DVDs like 30 Day Shred and P90x. You do those in the privacy or your home which should help with anxiety. A new 30 DS for October just started on the Motivation boards... not to late to join in.

Probotics are great. I take daily in pill form and drink a Yakult yogurt drink as well. I notice less issues with my "guts" when I take them along with lots of fiber and plenty of water.

Focus on the inches... muscle weighs more than fat.... 30ds will build muscle.... Take some pictures and keep taking measurements so you can compare and see the changes and stay motivated... your body is changing for the good whether or not pounds are coming off right now....:smile:

Seems like you have the right idea.... when you slip, pick yourself up and start over again... you lost 105lbs... that is a huge deal... the hard part is over... just have to maintain it now... don't let the hard work go to waste... you are on the right track... start with tonight and go from there....
