It is all about personal preference. I prefer to workout in the morning because I am more consistent when I do. If I exercise at night I find that life gets in the way for me.

I have a Polar FT4 - easy to use and seems accurate. I have had it for over a year now. I replaced the batteries once and still going strong.

NROL4W 3x a week - and a group fitness class 2 times a week. Quick and effective.

I warm up for 5 minutes on the elliptical...then jump into lifting.

Deep tissue message works great for knots. I usually have one done when my shoulder & back muscles feel tight.

I was up 6-8 lbs from my "reset" I started my cut last week. I was at 2K and dropped down to 1798...will I ever get to the 30 lb mark? It has been a long road and I am totally feeling your pain!!
