I did the 30 days a year and a half ago and got amazing results even while modifying some of the moves. I have been doing it 1 to 2 times a week this summer due to other summer commitments. I guess its time to put in some "me" time again. (We had a litter of 8 Weimaraner puppies). This is a great support group.

I've been doing WW since August and MFP since September and have lost 27 lbs without any pills. Just watching what I eat and exercise. I'm losing it slowly but for the first time, my scale isn't yo-yo-ing.

You can do it! Just go at your own pace. I did 2 months of it and just took 2 weeks off for vacation. I will be getting back at it tomorrow. After I went through the first 30 days, I started alternating between levels and found it to be a more challenging workout for the 2nd 30 day. I use 2 - 5 lb weights and I still can't…

Still shredding! L3D6 complete. I will take pics for the next time around. I haven't lost much weight (2 lbs) but have lost inches.

Track it as Circuit Training. It depends on how much you weigh and your height as to how many calories you burn. I burn about 345 for 25-28 min of Shred. I am on L2D8 today. Level 2 is kicking my butt. For those of you just starting, keep with it. I am seeing results in my measurements. Keep up the great work ladies!

L2D2 I can't believe that I have worked out 11 of the past 12 days! I'm feeling the sore muscles today though after upping a level yesterday!

The same thing happened to me this past week. I up 2 to 4 lbs. but I can tell it's water retention by looking at my ankles. Keep it up, it will go away!

I just finished day 8 and I am dreading level 2. I'm still having a hard time with some of level 1 exercises. I did up my weights to 3 lbs today though which is progress.

I was so sore this morning that I was having a hard time walking let alone feeling like working out but I made myself do it anyway and I feel better because of it. L1D5 complete!!!

I felt that way before I started working out today too but I made myself do it too. We CAN do this!!!! We are all here to support each other and push each other to do the best that we can. You have come so far, don't stop now. :)

L1D4 Completed!!! Yea! I didn't know if I was going to be able to make it through because I was aching everywhere but I pushed through it. I'm glad I did. It is getting a little easier to do some of the exercises but I still stink at pushups!

I would love to join too! I have done this workout a few times but it's been awhile and it's a killer. Maybe if I would actually stick with it longer than 2 days at a time, I would get faster results. It's late and I did the elliptical today so I will start tomorrow. I have a LONG way to go. Need to get into better shape…
