Boardwalk Empire is awesome (new season starts tomorrow night) and I agree about The Walking Dead, True Blood & Dexter- freaking fab. Terra Nova starts on Fox Monday night. I'm going to give it a go. Ever watch Angel? If you liked Buffy, you might like it.

You might try looking around at exercise tv- they have several full length and mini workout videos you can watch for free. :smile:

100 calorie bagel thin topped w/ 1 oz of 1/3 less fat cream cheese and a large scrambled egg with a piece of fruit. My breakfast is at most peoples lunch time though since my husband works nights. :wink:

I agree. Split up your meal before you pick up a fork. :tongue: I was just looking at the menu- maybe get one of the entree salads (Dinner or open range chicken) and ask for your dressing on the side. :flowerforyou:

Turkey burger on whole wheat bun, big leafy green salad, small baked potato w/ salsa, handful of red grapes, and a gingersnap cookie for desert. :drinker:

My husband gets home from work @ 2:30 a.m. and that is when we eat supper- we are to bed around 6 a.m. There is no way we could put 8 p.m. as a cut off time as we live night shift hours. We walk before bed and exercise in the late afternoon/early evenings (him on his days off). Since joining MFP I have already lost 13lbs…
