Buy a few tins of kidney beans, etc and make a bean & chickpea salad. That would have lots of protein and fiber to fill you up.

I'm not Jewish but my boyfriend is, so I'll have to fit both nights into my meal plan. My usual plan is to try to work in a bit of extra exercise through the day, just take a little of everything, and not worry about it too much if I'm over. I'm going to have to try really hard to stay away from his Aunt's desserts…

I've had my Fitbit for just over a week. Still trying to figure out what some of the settings should be to make it 'play nice' with MFP. So, for Plus, the exercises are different? Or just a repeat of the same ones that are on the "original"? I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it to get the Plus dvd, but it's not if I'm paying extra for maybe only 5 exercises that are different from the first one.

I also work in an office, but the hours don't sound quite as crazy as yours. Quick question.. where on MFP do you go to see your running calorie totals for the week? I see the graph under Reports, but is there something hidden somewhere that makes it easy to see if you're going over in your weekly calorie totals, sort of like the running total of exercise minutes? Or do you guys just manually track…
