I've been losing 1.5 pounds a week for the last few weeks, wish I could lose more than that, at least 2lbs, but I guess I should be happy to be going in the right direction at last!

no straight answer to this one, but counting points is easier in that you don't have to count up to 1,000 plus everyday!
