I usually weigh 2 or 3 times as well. I tend to retain water over night, so I will go down as much as 2 pounds after I go to the bathroom a few times.

I have a white boxer, a bull mastiff, a shih-poo, and a mini Australian shepherd. We are dog lovers for sure.

Started level 3 today and WHOA that's hard lol. I had to modify a lot and had to take a breather a few times. I have definitely saw results and I too cant believe I am this close to finishing. Cant wait to take measurements. 9 more days!!!

I start level 3 on Monday! I have watched it and I admit I am a little scared lol. Seriously though I am looking forward to it. I hate level 2!!

I plan on starting this when I finish 30 day shred. Would love to see some results that people have had. I would log it as circut training.

Well, I am no expert either, but it looks like you do need to eat more. I also see you skip breakfast a lot. Also I would limit the amount of the frozen meals, because they are full of sodium.

Glad to hear from everyone. I finished day 6 today!! Cant wait to get to level 3, I'm just not in love with level 2 :grumble: ! To the poster that feels like they aren't making progress. I have days where I get down and out, but I know slow and steady is better. I'm my worst critic. I think my biggest problem is I expect…

Just did day 1 of level 2 and OMG, I'm dying lol!! Made it through exept the last ab exercise, I just couldnt hold a plank any longer, my arms were like jello!! I do like it though, it feels great.

Didnt skip the weekend, but I am taking today off. I had to work today an hour earlier than usual and I am just exhausted. Will do day 8 tomorrow.

Im still on level 1, but I did skip ahead and just watch level two to see what I was facing. OMG I think I broke a sweat just watching it lol! Im sure I will have to modify a lot, but I am looking forward to making it there. Today is my day 5 of level 1 so I am half way there! Great job making it through :)

Just finished day 2. Very hard, but still easier than yesterday. I did measure and take pictures so I cant wait to see mine and everyone elses results. I walked 30 min yesterday after doing day one, but I didnt today. Did a lot of walking this morning while turkey hunting, but forgot to wear my HRM :-/ looking forward to…

I just fixed this last night! I put mine in the crock pot with whatever spices you want and a diet mt dew. It was so moist and tender that it fell apart. It was absolutly delish!! :tongue:

I eat cucumbers this way. Sometimes I add onions as well. I love raw potatoes so I may have to give this a try :)
