I dont have a MP3 player that is why I pop in a dvd. Right now I am watching "Gilmore Girls" 45 min with out the commercials. I keep the monitor covered. I only do this 5 days a week and on the 6th day I try to do something different (walk outside).

Well I decided to take the day off today from exercise and being crazy about the food that goes in my mouth. Now I am re-thinking that. It is too late for my morning workout. But I still have several hrs at work to change my mind.

I am making these next week for our annual United Way Bake Sale at work. side note... I made some fudge from HG website with pumpkin in it last week. Didnt turn out good at all dont think I cooked it long enough. Has anybody else ever made it and how did it taste.

I have the 5 mile fat burner too. I was going to give myself 2 wks to work up to it after I got it. It came last Thursday and I have done the whole 5 miles twice now. I usually break it up though. I only have time to do 2 miles each morning

I also tried it. Did nothing for me except give me the shakes and made me start grinding my teeth. I now have a permanate loose tooth.
