BTW, Great job on your success so far!

I have the same problem, outer and inner. I lost quite a bit on the outer, but due to my age, the inner is taking longer. You're young and should be able to tone up that area. Just keep doing squats and power walking strenghtens those muscles, too.

Yep, been there. With obese family members. Except the comments are "You're too skinny, you don't need to lose anymore." Well, that sounds like a compliment, but in essence it's a 'non-appreciation' for being healthy. They think your unhealthy if you don't have FAT on your bones. That was said to me when I lost weight at…

It's amazing to see this transformation. I know it's unbelievable to you, too! Your life has changed drastically, I'm sure. Now, due to your success, you are an inspiration to others! Who needs Biggest Loser?!?! God Bless!

Yes, that's it. I think both were the HCG, my friend said it is the same hormone you produce when your pregnant. My sister got her's on-line. I don't believe in any of that stuff....they always find something that it harms. I say fruits, veggies, lean meat, chicken or fish and whole grains! And WORK YOUR BODY!
-
Hilarious! Yep, you're right!
-
Thank you, thank you! I let my exercising routine dwindle and that's why I gained back 15 lbs from last year! But, atleast it was only 15 and not 50...lol! I'm back at it again.

Well Done! Looking great!.

If you have extended cable try Exercise TV on Demand. I don't buy any dvd's, although our cable was out yesterday, so I couldn't do anything from TV, so I ran. Anyway, there are alot of great options and they are free.

Congratulations on your success so far. You look like you've lost more than 34lbs. and you look smaller than 190. So, if you're exercising, your changing your body shape. You look great! Keep up the good work! Don't get discouraged. I had to see pics of myself to realize the difference.

Wow, great job on your success! You look great! Keep up the good work.

Oh, yes. I hate to say it...I love my mother, but I don't want to be like her. She has the same problem, obese, shot knees (with knee replacement surgery), bad back, diabetes, high blood pressure and although she tries to keep a smile on her face, I can tell she's miserable.

Great post! My turning point was March of 2008. My husband and I had just had this outrageous arguement and he said he wasn't happy. He'd just lost his job and had to take another at 1/2 the salary. Our kids were doing their teenage things that crush your heart sometimes. And he and I were not on the best of terms. I was…

Where there is a will, there is a way! I am so tired of people saying they can't exercise for this reason or that.....BS. There is something for everyone. You are a great inspiration! Congratulations!
-
You make me want to cry! This is absolutely incredible. It's great that you did it while you are young. Enjoy life, your kids and yourself! Congratulations!

Absolutely beautiful! Congratulations!

Yeah, the scale can be deceiving. I went a month without any loss of lbs, but my clothes were fitting differently and others could see a difference. When it's your time of the month, watch those cravings, and drink your water. Try to stay away from too much sodium. Keep up the exercise, it keeps you more positive!
-
Really! Me, too!

LOVE IT! LOL

I'm in the same boat...it's a life long struggle. But, I have to keep in mind that it's not about just looking good, but being healthy. I visualize all of the fat and sugar dripping from those bad foods I crave and how it clogs my arteries and makes my joints ache! Also, look back at photos of where you used to be and…

Oh those stretch marks are murder! I've been hearing about those products that can reduce them, but haven't tried any of them yet. I may post a new topic and see if anyone has had luck with finding a successful product.
-
You make me laugh! I've been told I look alot younger. I think that has to do with the style clothes, also. My 19 year old daughter and I share clothes!
-
Hey, we all need encouragement....congratulations on your mission! We'll work at it together. Feel free to add me!

Ugh, yep, my arms are my worst enemy, after my legs.
-
Thank you everyone for your compliments! Yes, I believe I worked the hardest I've ever worked on losing weight. It's a constant battle, but never have I done it with exercise. So, usually, I would gain back all of my weight by now. I'm determined to not let that happen. I want to encourage anyone who needs it!…

I can't get my pics to resize....this picture is of this weekend. So, compared to last year, there is a difference.

I was the same way when I started. I thought I shouldn't eat so much, but it's actually the opposite. You should eat more of the right foods to fuel your body and build muscle. I try to eat fresh/frozen fruits and veggies, lean chicken and fish, limit beef. In the beginning I cut out starches all together, but I've learned…

Congratulations on your 6 lb loss.

I just started MFP yesterday. It's interesting reading the posts and getting motivated. Best wishes and feel free to add me. Oh and as far as tips, if you don't want to go to the gym and you have cable...try Exercise TV On Demand. They have a list of different options from 10 min. to 60 min. workouts. Check with you local…

Oh yeah, if you don't have the DVD, try Exercise TV on Demand. It's free and on 24/7.
