Crunches will build the muscle under the bulge but the only way to get rid of exrta tummy is to do cardio and more cardio! Cardio burns the fat coverng the muscle. Good luck!:smile:

I have Paula Abdoles get up and dance video. It is a GREAT workout. Dancing is extremly hard work and is a great way to exercise!
