I'm in week 8 of the program right now but I follow only the exercise plan. For the rest I use MyFitnessPal on my itouch to make sure I control my calorie intake. The first phase requires a very high percentage in your nutrition which to me was not sustainable long term so I chose to make some good changes I could easily…
