Since you've lost a fair bit of weight, you body needs to catch up and make a few adjustments to get used to this new weight. It's a big task to ask of your body! Doesn't sound like good enough reasons to do it. Would he do something you're good at and ready to do and that he hated or despised doing? Pass, at least for now. You probably could do it, but given the circumstances, it could discourage you from running at all. Wait until YOU are ready!

Enjoy MFP much better. Spark people - I spent more time fiddling around with redundant things like spinning the wheel and trying to find out how to get more points. Well that's not the point! NO! why would you plan to eat JUNK food? that's a plan (recipe) for failure - there are plenty of other choices that are wiser and better and more nutritious. it's call JUNK food for a reason. Reward youself with something wholesome - try something new - you're worth it!
