  • high school wrestling scales that are calibrated to the state standards are probably the most accurate scale you will ever find...you can actually purchase these kinds on wrestling gear websites..the only thing you will have to do is calibrate it yourself..

  • im in high school and i am on the wrestling team... i went on a jog today and only ran 6 miles...not as much as i usually do but it sure does help keep the weight low during the wrestling season..
