I'm looking for a new scale, preferably one that measures body fat composition (other things too) and not just weight. What do you use? Any suggestions are good. Thanks.

Ironically, my boyfriend and I just went scale-shopping. Our experience is that no two scales read exactly the same, which is frustrating because it's impossible to know which is the most accurate. We discovered today that almost every single scale for sale was a Taylor. I've owned a Taylor for a couple years that does body fat percentage, and my boyfriend is now the proud owner of a Taylor as well. I think the most important thing is to use the same scale, that way at least the relative amount is correct. I hope that helps.

I think that's a well made point on always weighing on the same scale... :flowerforyou:
  • high school wrestling scales that are calibrated to the state standards are probably the most accurate scale you will ever find...you can actually purchase these kinds on wrestling gear websites..the only thing you will have to do is calibrate it yourself..
