So........I had this Norovirus for three days.......But I'm over it and back on it today. Been for a long run this morning and then cycled to work. Last day at work for me today so I'll be doing a back to back tomorrow / Friday to make up some of my lost cals. Are we doing ok? Tim

sorry yes Tim 46 and I run and cycle mainly been on here for a year or so and think I'm friends with most of us on this team. I'm about to start training for an ultra next year so should be hitting some high cals in next few weeks (hopefully) see my profile if theres anything missing.

Assuming you like either nuts or oily fish you can easily eat back your cals. Almonds are great for rebuilding and high in cals. You cant tell me you cant eat half a handful of nuts throughout the day? Its not that difficult to fill yourself up with good wholesome cals that contribute to your fitness and well being. As…

Running everytime will burn over 600 cals in an hour. If you wear a heart monitor and burn between 60% and 80& V02 you will also maximise and target fat burning as well.

Hi Just to let you know I've got 5 10K's to add on Thursday pm and on Friday I'm running the National 3 peaks (Ben Nevis, Sca Fell and Snowden) so I will post another 4 10k's on Sunday plus an hours football which ashould bring us back up tyo top spot. So thats 9 10K's and an hours footie. I cant log this from work hence…

Hi All sorry I've been quiet I got work woes. Anyway lots of mileage to report 50 this week before I'm done and I've added all mine up to date. Hope that helps. I'll keep in contact next week. depends whether you mean in the home or just around home for free. the obvious is walk/run depending on fitness. I dont pay for excercise and I went from way over 200 lbs and not being able to run to now running ok. motivation is free on MFP friend people and they will keep you going Tim
