Don't get discouraged!! It might be because of all the added exercise. I know sometimes when I up my exercise it takes me a little while for my body to adjust to it. Try getting in some extra water this week and really be on top of your calories. Also if it is your cycle time you will probably gain a little. i hope you…

I just finished eating cereal! Multi-grain cheerios!!!! I don't have it all the time but I like it at night after my workouts when I need to eat a little bit but nothing heavy.
