gotta make sure I get all my water in this week especially over the weekend. log all my food ( I have done this for 15 days now!) continue with no carbs (bread, pasta, white potato, rice...) after lunch add in exercise at least 30 min 2x this week go to bed earlier lol i am tired this morning! I am happy with my week. One of my main goals was to make good choices as I left Wednesday and traveled all day and was out of town until last night. We ate out i think every meal as well. Shape magazine just had an article about workouts while you travel. I will look it up when i get home. I didn't see it online right away. If I remember correctly all you needed were a couch, pillow and towel to do the workout.
