I think Michelle's Dozios' Peak 10 Cardio Interval Burn is the winner!

Don't quit! Why did you start 30 DS? To shred weight, to look sexy, to be healthy! Keep with it and you will see results! Give it time.

I think you looked awesome in March.

I eat 3 slices of honey ham, american cheese, baby spinach and lite miracle whip on 35 calorie bread, an apple or banana and a 80 cal raspberry yogurt. I think yours sounds good, but I can see where you would get sick of it after awhile.

Who cares if she is dropping weight? You are, too, but you are doing it the right way. You are making muscle and leading a healthy lifestyle. We could all smoke, not eat, take meds, but where would that get us in the end? Skinny, but unhealthy. Keep up the good work! You having met your goals is amazing! Do what you have…

Try the couch to 5k program. It starts slow and is very motivating.

That's so awesome! I ran the Komen race as well yesterday, but in Missouri. I got 32 minutes. I have some work to do, but I was pleased. I am thinking about training for a 10K in January. Any tips with training?
