Is there a fridge/freezer in the breakroom? I would just bring say 4 or 5 heathier options each Monday and stick them in the freezer. Lean pockets, healthy choice meals etc that is lower in calories. For my smoothies I make every morning I use 1 whole low fat yogurt (70 calories) 1/2 banana (about 50 cals) a handful of strawberries (30 cals), 1 cup light V8 fusion (70 cals) and a handful of baby spinach (10 cals) and 2 scoops of Visalus mix (90 cals) so my whole smoothie is roughly 320 calories. If this last month is the month you got really serious about excercise and started lifting weights 3 times a week you have probably lost more fat and gained muscle which is why it's only showing 4 lb loss. You probably lost your normal 10 pounds of fat and gaines 6 pounds of muscle which is great!

It's hard for me to tune out the running because my 12 year old daughter is whining the whole time LMAO she loves to go do it with me but whines every time she runs then is all proud of herself when she's done haha

wow can I just say that I was looking at the running plan again and am quite scared of week 5 LOL it goes from jogging 8 minutes on day 2 which is the longest jog up to that point to jogging 20 minutes the next day! I think that may be the week I have to repeat before moving on LOL

completed week 3 day 1 today. That last 3 minute jog was tough but I did it! My legs still feel like rubberbands 4 hours later!

Finished week 2 today and it was pretty good! The last run I actually made it a full 3 minutes so I could get a feel for next week and was able to do the 3 mins! Bring on week 3!

Day 1 yesterday. I went slow but made sure to completely jog the full 60 secconds, walk the full 90 seconds etc. I haven't ran in, well, I don't remember the last time! Those 60 second intervals seemed to get longer and longer each time LOL

I don't eat after 6pm so I would drink a big glass of water to fill my tummy and go to bed! Then wake up proud of yourself for not eating late at night and start the next day motivated!

PW 153.0 CW 147.6! I couldn't be happier this morning! I was just hoping to get into the 140's this week, I haven't seen the 140's in about 4 years! I gained 3 pounds from being in Vegas last week, so I'm assuming a lot of that was water weight which is why I lost so much this week, but I am one happy camper right now!
