See I thought the 1100 calories my HRM said I burned was waaaay off. Considering both MFP and Fitlinx said it should be about 400 calories. I have read in numerous posts not to go off MFP and that a HRM is the only accurate way to see how many calories you're burning, so I am so confused on why my HRM would be so way off?

I used to strictly eat 1200 calories a day then upped it to 1400. I would lose about a pound a week at 1200 then when I went to 1400 I lost 2 pounds a week. I was JUST wondering that same thing! I went over by 550 calories yesterday because I had 3 boneless wings at Applebees UGH and was just wondering if I should say eat under by 200 cals for a couple days. I think I will :)

I think maybe you aren't loosing because you actually are eating too few calories. I know it's weird right?!
