  • I'm 5'8 and drop a size about every 10 lbs. Although, that seems to be changing as I get closer to my goal. I'm also focusing more on toning muscles now so the weight is moving slower, but the size is changing faster.

  • You should be shooting for at least 1700 still which means you have 704 calories left to eat for the day. I log my exercise at the end of the day so that I can track the calories easier without the net calories messing up my calculations.
  • Do you have about 6-8 hours of class/study time five days a week? If so, I would put sedentary because that would be comparable to having a desk job or being a bank teller.   • Welcome - I'm new here too. 30 day transformation is a great goal. I've committed to 30 days of exercise, at least 15 minutes a day, but I am aiming for 60 min/day. Good luck in your 30 day journey and congrats for taking the first step!
