I want and need to get a HRM but just can't afford it right now unfortunately. I figure as long as I'm working out and trying to stay on track, then I'm doing pretty good. :)

awesome, I appreciate all the responses. I know that regular exercise is the best and that's what I've been doing and so far it's helping! Too bad we can't just say POOF and it be gone haha.

My favorite is the Elliptical Trainer. I do 33 minutes about 3-4 days a week. And I love to play Tennis 1-2 times a week.

Thanks to all of you for the responses. I certainly do feel better now! :) I still have 1700 calories I can eat if need be and I know that I probably won't even come close to that! You all are AWESOME. Thanks again!!

Yeah, that would be nice! I usually eat 1-2 bananas a day and there is about 10 grams of sugar in one banana. It's tough!
