Sadly, I have not been able to get any workouts in this week so far due to my being very sick with sore throats, headaches, congestion, coughing and all that fun stuff. I'm hoping to get a few workouts in this weekend. It's been a very miserable week so far :( I hope everyone else is having a great week!!

How often do you workout?
Just curious.. How often do you work out a week? How many days? How long? etc. etc. :) I've been trying to get to the gym 3-4 days a week and I try to play tennis 1-2 days a week. It can get pretty tough sometimes to get there as much as I want to but I'm doing pretty good.

I was always told to weigh in no more than once a week and to weigh in on the same day and about the same time each week. I usually weigh in first thing Saturday when I wake up.
