Two days of getting all my water in. Hope to keep this up all week. Then maybe next week add another goal. Baby steps seem to work best for me. I will just sneak up on it !! LOL !!! Hope everyone is on track !!

Yesterday is gone so it doesn't matter what we did then. What is important is TODAY !! And we CAN meet our goals for today !!! Late night is bad for me also - but I try to chew gum so I don't stick those sweets in my mouth.

I totally agree i have to be accountable also. My goal this week is to drink more water- that is so hard for me. I will drink more water---I will drink more water !!!
