Thank you girl!!! I'll keep that all in mind. I am on my husbands schedule so I get up at 1pm and go to bed around 5am with a nap in between and I'm wondering if going to bed earlier and getting up earlier will help as well. Idk. I'm just tired of feeling sluggish all the time.

Ok, ladies. I figured out how to copy your food tracker. keep the webpage up that you want to copy from, go under your start menu to accessories, snipping tool, click new, rectangle, and drag your cursor over what you want to copy on the webpage. when you are done, it will take it to paint, once you save it, save as a jpeg…
