What everyone seems to have missed is that this is NET CALORIES!!! Walk every day for 30mins so you can consume more food! fill the appetite gap by exercise and burning calories...

All i ever did was walk 30mins a day, then after a few months some elliptical.... don't over do yourself, just remain consistent!

You can do it!! I began 5 months ago at 230lbs and i just reached 187 (i lost 43 lbs) - just be consistent and walk for 30mins a day. It will change your life! :D

Fight the good fight! I lost 35lbs over 4 months just from calorie counting in my head and walking every day for 30mins, I LOVE this feature for entering in the details online so I am able to see the reports and how the foods i eat affect my health. little over a week using it and I can say it gets easier with time :)
