Good for you!!! I have started running and HATE running down the road because people always have to scream at us, honk the horn or come way too close. What is it that bothers people so much? Keep up the good work!! :D

I did an Acai Berry cleanse. It was tablets, so nothing nasty to drink. I did have to cut down to 3 tablets instead of 4 and then I didn't have any problems.

Thanks guys. I do run to music and I try to concentrate on my breathing. I have been thinking about checking out the Couch to 5K, maybe I'll download that today. :)

I do it at night. I don't have time in the morning with getting ready for work and getting the kids out of the house, so night is the only time I have to do. I haven't lost much weight yet, but I've been taking weekly progress pics and can see that I'm tightening up and that my saddle bag hips are smaller... :)

I have a horrible sweet tooth also. Instead of not eating sweets, I've been TRYING to limit myself to only one sweet per day. It doesn't always work, but since I found this website, I think twice about if I want to waste that many calories on a treat.
