Goals for today... No soda, no fast food and at least eight cups of water. Stuck at home with a sick kid, so I won't be able to get to the gym. Maybe a walk tonight if the rain holds off.

I watch "Supernatural" religiously. It's my #1 favorite television show. I am SO excited for the season premiere tonight!! I re-watched season 6 last weekend to freshen my mind to how everything played out last season. Can't wait!

I've started limiting myself to one can of diet soda per day (or a once-in-awhile no- or low-calorie energy drink). I had a great first week. I had weighed myself on 8/30, which was a few days before I joined the challenge, and I weighed in at 265. Despite slipping up a few times over the past week, I'm down 6 pounds. I'm now at 259. :happy:

The brownies and hot cocoa are fantastic for when you need that chocolate fix. I think the cinnamon pretzels need getting used to. I didn't like them that much to begin with but I do now. The s'more bars are definitely my favorite of the bars. (The chili is nasty, in my opinion. Just a heads up. Haha.) Good luck...!!

Good day today. I did cave and have one chocolate chip cookie, but I took a good walk with Evelyn (baby) & Bosco (dog) this afternoon, and am still well below my allotted calories. :) I hope everyone else had a great day, too!

Let it go as soon as you can. Recently I ate almost an entire bag of Doritos in one sitting, and I mean, a big bag, haha, and it was right before bed, too. I was disappointed in myself, but I let it go because it does no good to hate yourself for it. Just start fresh with your very next meal. :)

Well, I'm given 1660 calories per day to lose 2lbs a week, and that's what I'd be doing if I was trying to lose in a "normal" way, but I'm on the Medifast plan so I regularly only eat about 900 - 1000 calories.
