I always wanted too get one of those but i heard that you need to have US/Canada credit/debit card to get membership. I even wrote to then and asked if i can use in UK. Would love to know how did you get your membership sorted? Thanks! If it easy - i will be buying mine ASAP!

Calorie burn will depend on your weight and your hight. My burn is around 150-160. I am 5.1 and 126 pounds. For someone taller and higher number will be different. I have to agree. Body Revolution is great. However if you don't want to pay so much may be you can get another dvd of JM and combine them. Personally i like 30DS but i find it too easy unless i use heavy weight.

I did Insanity few months ago. Had to stop as it wasn't giving me any results apart from keeping my fitness level ( which was never a problem before). I still do it about one a week but for me weight training works better. Jillian Michaels dvd's gave me nice definition for my abs.

I am not an expert here but shouldn't we change our exercise routine every 6 weeks? It looks like your body is use to amount of exercise you have been doing for so long.
